Constant Pressure Boosting System

Constant Pressure System uses a variable frequency drive technology to improve the water supply by eliminating pressure fluctuation. This technology allows to monitor the pressure in the system and adjust the speed of the pump to provide the never-ending supply of constant pressure.

BS (Boosting System) Series are compose of pumps, VFD's (Variable Freqency Drive) and other optional accessories like pressure gauge, bladder tank, etc..
The number of pumps and VFD depends on the system capacity. Pumps comes up with different types like End-Suction pump, Vertical In-line, Submersible pumps and others depending on the design. Pump model  also depends on the system capacity (The Flow and the Pressure of the system). Pump can be made of cast iron, stainless steel (AISI 304 and 316L) or other requested material.

Pressure boosting sets with 1 to 6 fixed speed pump.Sets with 4,5 and 6 pumps on request.Depending on the reduction of the pressure in the system,the pressure switches determine the starting up of the pumpsin sequence and the microprocessor alternates the starts.

Pressure boosting sets with 1 variable speed pump (withfrequency converter into the control panel) and from 1 to 5fixed speed pumpsSets with 4,5 and 6 pumps on request.According to the water consumption, one or more pumps start, one at variable speed and the others at fixed speed,to grant the water quantity required at the set pressure.
