Hydraulic Diaphragm Dosing Pumps
Hydraulic diaphragm dosing pumps use a hydraulic-oil reservoir between the actuating plunger and the process diaphragm. The oil pressure on the back of the diaphragm balances the process-side pressure, eliminating diaphragm stress and allowing very high discharge pressures (up to 400 bar). SMPC supplies API 675-compliant hydraulic diaphragm pumps for refinery, petrochemical, and offshore chemical injection.
